This summer, ACC welcomed new campus managers at Riverside and Round Rock campuses.
Tracie German was promoted to Round Rock campus manager on May 1. German has been with ACC for 15 years and has served the last 11 years in the Information Technology Department.
“I am looking forward to being on campus and working directly with students,” says German. “I started my own academic journey at a community college, so making Round Rock a safe and welcoming campus for all students, faculty, and staff, as well as our community members will remain my top goal.”
Tracy Beasley’s first day as the new campus manager for Riverside Campus was May 20. He previously served as a campus manager at Houston Community College, overseeing the operations for four campuses. Beasley holds a specialist degree in education, a master’s degree in educational administration, and is a certified project manager and certified workforce development professional.
“I look forward to working with the many faculty and staff at ACC to provide the ultimate student experience while using our existing space inventory to best service our students and increase retention rates,” says Beasley. “Also, I look forward to partnering with community leaders to find ways to better service the community.”
Interim campus managers have been appointed to the Rio Grande and Elgin campuses.
Michelle Raymond is the interim assistant campus manager at Rio Grande Campus. Raymond previously served as a coordinator for Campus Operations and Projects and will continue to retain those projects.
Linda Morrison was named interim campus manager at Elgin Campus on June 1 after former campus manager Betsy Erwin retired. Morrison also serves as campus manager for Highland Campus and will split her time between both campuses.
